Annalise Smith, a student at Clark State College in Ohio, has been named Student Representative to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK) Board of Directors.

Twenty-four Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK) members will have their writing published in the 28th editition of PTK’s literary journal, Nota Bene. Six will receive scholarships for their exemplary entries.

Nota Bene showcases the outstanding writing of community college students. More than 800 entries were submitted to the 2022 competition.

Leticia Laranjeira, recent graduate of Dallas College-North Lake in Texas, has received the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) President’s Award for Leadership Excellence, a two-year transfer scholarship of up to $30,000 each academic year.
